Allergen Solutions
Do you have food allergies or intolerances? Our chefs have you covered! Liberty Fresh Food Co. and City Bistro, two of our residential dining hall locations, have stations featuring delicious dishes prepared without nine of the most common food allergens – egg, fin fish, milk, peanut, tree nuts, shellfish, soy, sesame, and wheat/gluten.*
These stations will always offer a balanced meal that includes a protein, a starch and a vegetable. To see our daily menu offerings at this station, full nutrition, ingredient, and allergen information, visit our Menus page.
*Aramark relies on our vendors’ allergy warnings and ingredient listings. Because we operate a commercial kitchen where ingredient substitutions, recipe revisions, and cross-contact with allergens is possible, Aramark cannot guarantee that any food item will be completely free of allergens.
