Before becoming the Catering Chef, he was the chef for a local restaurant group that opened the Noisy Oyster and RB’s restaurants. The thing that Jason loves most about his job is the creation; from constructing unique menus and cooking in on-site kitchens to collaborating with his staff to incorporate their ideas into his finished products.
