  • When can I sign up for my Fall 2018 Meal Plan? 
    You can sign up for your Fall 2018 meal plan now until August 13, 2018 on the MyCharleston Portal. After the MyCharleston Portal closes, students should sign up at Cougar Card Services until August 27, 2018. Meal plans can still be purchased after August 27 at Cougar Card Services but can no longer be charged to the eBill and must be paid for at the time of purchase with cash, check, or any major credit card.   • Will my meal plan auto renew for next semester? 
    Meal plans will roll over from Fall to Spring semester for students living in on campus housing. Meal Plans do not roll over semester to semester for off campus students.

  • Will unused meals or Dining Dollars roll over? 
    Dining Dollars roll over from semester to semester until the student graduates or withdraws from the College.

  • If I have already purchased a meal plan, can I change it?
    You can modify your Meal Plan selection until 5pm on the Drop/Add deadline date. For more information please visit Cougar Card Services Meal Plan page.

  • Don’t worry - simplicity and convenience are all within reach. Once you have a meal plan, your student ID works like a debit card. Just swipe your card and the meals and points are deducted from your meal plan account.

    Meal plans are convenient, flexible, and loaded with options. Your meal plan can be used at dining locations all across campus with a range of menus and offerings. You'll get guaranteed value, whether you eat on campus three times a week or three times a day! We've got you covered. See our Meal Plan options below for more information.

    Freshmen Resident Meal Plans
    First time resident freshmen, regardless of credit hours, and transfer students who have not completed a full year at another institution must select from one of the following plans: All Access Diamond, All Access, 12 Meals Per Week. Freshmen residents will sign up for their selected plan on the Housing Application.

    Voluntary Meal Plans
    Freshmen students living off campus, and upperclassmen students living on or off campus may choose from any meal plan. Each plan offers guaranteed meals that you can use during the semester. Some meal plans offer additional Dining Dollars that let you enjoy meals or snacks at all dining locations. Dining plans are easy to use; you dont need to carry cash just carry your Cougar Card.

    Faculty and Staff Plans
    The Faculty & Staff Plan provides 25 meals to use on campus at Liberty Fresh Food Co., City Bistro, Marty's Place, or on select Sandwich/Salad Combos at Market 159. You can sign up for a meal plan anytime throughout the semester by visiting Cougar Card Services in Berry Hall. When you run out of meals, you can add another 25 meals at any time for $155. Meal Swipes will not expire during your employment.
